My Journey

My journey into data analytics began in operations and customer-focused roles, where I worked extensively with performance metrics, process tracking and efficiency improvement. This experience gave me a strong understanding of how data is used in real business environments.

​Over time, I became interested in going beyond reporting results to understanding the underlying drivers behind performance. This led me to transition into data analytics.

I developed skills in SQL, Python and data visualisation tools, applying them to hands-on projects involving data cleaning, analysis and dashboard creation. Through these projects, I learned how to turn complex datasets into clear, actionable insights.​

What I Do

Today, I combine operational experience with analytical thinking to:
