With over a decade of experience in customer service and operations management, I bring a unique perspective to data analytics, combining technical expertise with a deep understanding of people, processes and business operations. This background enables me to design data-driven strategies that enhance efficiency, drive growth and deliver actionable insights to support organizational success.

I further developed my analytical skills through an intensive Data Analytics Bootcamp with Le Wagon, gaining hands-on experience in Python, SQL, machine learning and data visualization. This training allowed me to analyze complex datasets and translate findings into practical, results-oriented solutions.
